Shipping frame is 2-3 weeks (business days only, excluding weekends)! once we receive your item on hand, you will get an email or a notification with your tracking number. Please note that our suppliers are out of this country! by purchasing a pre-order item you are agreeing to these terms.

We do not offer refunds or returns once your order is fulfilled and shipped. Please make sure to put the correct size/item while ordering. Once you order ALL SALES ARE FINALIZED. If you happen to put the wrong size/item mistakenly, please contact us immediately! DO NOT ORDER IF YOU CANNOT HANDLE SHIPPING TIMES, This includes ALL pre-orders.

All orders over $100 will need a signature signed by YOU for you to receive your package. We send tracking information so you will know when to expect your order. Once orders are shipped out it is no longer our responsibility, we are not responsible to lost or damaged products. If you fail to sign your package please check your tracking numbers for further details on how to receive your package. Please refer to your local post office!
